Estepona

Estepona is an andalucian style town with a modern twist. It has a charming harbour and the town has  a charming historic centre and an interesting cultural life. One a of the biggest cities in the western Costa del Sol. The Gibraltar airport, 45 kilometres drive west, is the nearest international airport. Málaga Airport is 80 km from here in the eastern direction. Surrounded by the Sierra Bermeja mountains in the north and the Mediterranean in the south, Estepona is a busy tourist town, which has maintained its original fishing village charm. The old city has cobbled streets and an authentic Andalusian atmosphere, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Estepona harbour is an attractive marina with water sports activities and plenty of restaurants and bars serving fresh fish, seafood and Mediterranean food. The Selwo is worth a visit. The Safari Park attracts more than four million visitors a year. Here you can see more than 2,000 animals from all over the world, living in half-timbered surroundings.
